Work Experience and Skills

With extensive international professional experience in project management and a deep passion for the hospitality, arts and culture sector, I believe I can make a significant contribution to your team.

I am Portuguese-German, born in Lisbon and raised in Brazil. I attended German school and returned to Europe when I was still young to finish school in Germany.

After completing my studies in Tourism Management, I have worked in various sectors of the industry, in different countries in Europe, Africa and South America, gaining experience in inbound tourism, hospitality and MICE. I am very communicative and excel at dealing with clients and colleagues in a positive and motivating way - always striving to exceed all expectations.

In the project area, my experience includes planning and organizing international projects, events and productions. My creativity, attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects have always been a great contribution in these situations.

As an art director, I learned - through project management techniques - to bring my creative vision to life, which allowed me to transform goals into art and thus evoke magical experiences in the audience.

My strong connection to the world of arts and culture has helped me to understand – and ultimately meet – the needs and expectations of all participants. My language skills in German, Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Spanish enable me to communicate effectively in international settings, where I can advise, inspire and engage clients from different cultures.

However, all my success stories lead - directly or indirectly - to experiences of collaboration and leadership with interdisciplinary teams from different cultures, which have proven particularly valuable and enriching for the creative conception and success of my projects at work.

As a personal marketing coach and consultant, I consider success when I inspire my clients not only to achieve a greater vision for their projects, but also to pursue it with dedication and commitment - in the meantime, I took care of the visual presentation of their brands and the various evaluation and promotion services.
