Int. Kizomba & Semba Congress

OCCASION:
3-day cultural event with the aim of bringing the Angolan dance art of Sembas, Kizombas, Kuduro and Afrohouse closer to the German audience. The program includes live music, dance performances and workshops with international professional dancers.

MY TASKS:
Concept creation of the event. Project management. Program flow. Venue visit. Event design. Look concept (color, style, decoration). Organization photo shoot. Creation and design of the website in 3 languages. Marketing and PR activities. Advertising and event material (flyers, posters, banners, passes). Press release, promotion on social networks. Travel management and support for the artists, dancers, singers and DJs (approx. 15 pax) and the video team (3 pax). Coaching of the service team and hosts (7pax), sometimes also outside of the event. On-site event support.

LusoFashion Paris.

Occasion:
Parallel event to the world-renowned "Paris Fashion Week" with the purpose of increasing the awareness of fashion designers from Portuguese-speaking countries. Designers from Angola, Brazil, Portugal, Mozambique and Cape Verde were represented.
Tasks:
Concept creation. Event marketing. Concept design and adaptation for the following Luso fashion shows, if necessary to introduce European fashion designers (newcomers) in the Portuguese-speaking area, e.g. EUROFASHION ANGOLA.
Creation of information and press material. Translations into 3 languages. Program flow. Project support on site. Press support. Hostess coaching (3pax).
One-Man Comedy Show - Tour:
Calado Show.

Occasion:
European tour by the Angolan artist “Calado” for the Portuguese-speaking communities in Europe.
Tasks:
Concept design. Travel organization for tour participants. Interpreters and translation tasks.
Event promotion also in Germany and on social networks.

Concept:
Event to choose the most beautiful Angolan woman in Spain and the winner would take part in the Official Miss Angola Contest, in Angola.
Concept transfer for further contests in Geneva. Paris. Benelux.
Tasks:
Concept creation and transfer to various countries. Travel organization of the arriving team. Accommodation and organization of service providers for the participants. Organization of casting for the first selection of participants. Promotion activity on social networks.
National Day- Jubiläum:
35. Independence celebration of the Angolan Republic

Occasion:
On the 35th anniversary of Angola's independence, entrepreneur Santos Bikuku sponsored the gala event and brought a group of 78 artists and personalities from Angolan politics and business to the celebration in Houston.
Tasks:
Travel management and travel companion for the VIP group (80 pax) across 3 continents. Logistics control of special baggage handling (e.g.: musical instruments and event equipment). Monitoring the schedule and event unit coordination.

I took part in
Corporate events (meetings, workshops, seminars), including for Total, PWC, and the Embassy/Consulate of the Angolan Republic in Paris.
During CAN ANGOLA 2010 (Paris 2009), I supported the press committee of AFNEX/LC2/TV5 Monde and helped coordinate the participants' flights to the sporting events with TAAG ANGOLA AIRLINES - Paris.
During the 2010 FIFA World Cup, I helped organize the socio-cultural project "Regards Sur l'Afrique", which ran parallel to the World Cup and was intended to raise awareness and awareness of other African talents and projects among the World Cup audience.
2011 Participation on the concept of the Hotel Bikuku Alvalade, in Luanda - Angola. Cooperation with engineers, interior designers, Elaboration of the marketing plan. Staff coaching.
2011/ 2012 Participation on different transportation business projects , in Luanda - Angola. Cooperation with Volvo and the ministry of interiors. Project interrupted due to security reasons.
In 2015, I developed and supported the pilot project concept for the online channel "Angola Video News". Interviews and preparations.

In 2013. Premiere of the documentary film “Tango Negro” by Angolan filmmaker Dom Pedro at UNESCO Paris.
Management and support of artists in shows, interviews, performances and awards, social media and brand building, with the singer Mylita and Dom Power. In Angola, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany.
Minor support with other artists.
Participation as a hostess interpreter at international trade fairs for companies such as Honda, Pial LeGrand, CMA - German Foods, IAI Aircraft Industries.
My career in the event sector began at a young age as a hostess at Club Med World - the Club Med Events House in Bercy - Paris. 2003-2004
